We always try our best to keep yard noise to a minimum, however owing to the nature of our business there will always be some vehicle and personnel movement within ears reach of the Bothy at times.  This locations a working yard and therefore noise and sawdust is part of the charm.  For reasons of health and safety this is Adult Only accommodation. For the consideration of our guests, Rawson Hill Bothy is non-smoking and does not accept pets. The Bothy as the name suggests offers guests simple accommodation for up to two adults sharing, in an open plan living style. There is only one internal door leading to the bathroom, the rest of the Bothy is open-plan. There is a step into the building from outside, and three more steps internally between the inside living areas.
