Situated in our working wood yard on the rural outskirts of Otley, Leeds, Ilkley and Harrogate, Rawson Hill Bothy is an ideal base for exploring the area. Within a short driving distance of Leeds & Bradford Airport, market towns, cafes, pubs, shops, as well as spectacular Yorkshire countryside, it's an awesome place to stay, especially if you're up for tiny house living in gritty setting.

Rawson Hill Bothy is pretty, practical and a real home from home. Exceptionally well equipped, with everything you might need whilst you’re away from home.
On arrival you will find the Bothy warm, the bed made, fire set, tea tray ready, flowers on the table, milk in the fridge, and toiletries in the bathroom.

We always try our best to keep yard noise to a minimum, however owing to the nature of our business there will always be some vehicle and personnel movement within ears reach of the Bothy at times. This location is a working yard and therefore noise and sawdust is part of the charm. For reasons of health and safety this is Adult Only accommodation. For the consideration of our guests Rawson Hill Bothy is non-smoking and does not accept pets.
The Bothy as the name suggests offers guests simple accommodation for up to 2 adults sharing, in an open plan living style. There is only one internal door leading to the bathroom, the rest of the Bothy is open-plan. There is a step into the building from outside, and three more steps internally between the inside living areas.

Check in is from 4.30pm on the day of arrival, and Departure is before 10.00am on the day of departure. Holidays at Rawson Hill Bothy are available for a minimum of 7 nights commencing on Fridays during Spring and Summer months. Christmas and New Year weeks are available for a minimum of 7 nights also (plus £100 supplement). Excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks - 3 night weekend breaks (commencing on Fridays) and 4 night mid-week breaks (commencing on Mondays) are available during Autumn and Winter months.
